GENERAL

These General Terms and Conditions shall, to the exclusion of terms and conditions applied by third parties, govern all requests for quotations made by companies of Dialog Semiconductor plc. and any of its subsidiaries ("Dialog") to a third party ("Supplier"), as well as all agreements and acts, whether of a preparatory or executional nature, which are related thereto, such as quotations, order confirmations, purchasing orders, orders and delivery dates, except to the extent that these General Terms and Conditions specify otherwise. These General Terms and Conditions shall not apply to the performance of work by employees from a temporary employment agency.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be through email only mycnc8899@gmail.com, a sent email does not mean to be received or read, therefore there might be delay in response to your email message, also during weekends and public holiday, quickest response will be made by our staff on next working day.

PRIVACY

We understand that you may be concerned about the confidentiality and security of information exchanged between yourself and MY CNC SDN BHD, as you access and ordering with our website. The personal information you share with us is merely saved within MY CNC SDN BHD with the purpose to serve you better and cater the information to your needs. We are respecting and committed to safeguard it as privacy and confidential. All of our employees are obliged to keep and maintain all personal information as confidential.

DISCLAIMER

The parts itself is not dangerous but it is depending on how you handling it. We are not liable for any injuries due to mishandling.

Think twice before order; we do not allow order edit, no combine, no add on, or any other condition; one order is equal to one invoice, one shipment price, one packing. Please place your order again if you want to addon another item.

ON-HAND STOCK ORDER

All on-hand stock is first come first serve basis or while stock availability.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please be informed all success order shall be UPDATE to you via email for order and payment confirmation status. If you do not receive any update/ confirmation email from us, please check in spam/junk folder, it might be in the filtered box, or else please do email us or contact us for further assistance.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Stock will ONLY be kept for 72 hours after order confirmation, payment must be RECEIVED within 72 hours after order confirmation too. Any payment made via INTERBANK GIRO or do not received on hands will not be accepted as confirmed payment, stock will NOT be kept in this case.

REFUND

We do not accept refund after order and payment confirmation. The only condition to refund will be entitled to depends on the amount and reason why you need a refund, and how quickly you notify us.please contact us at (+6) 013-391 3113 Refund will be made within 7 - 14 days, refund is not applicable to sold items.
RESPONSIBLE BEFORE DELIVERY

Examine your shipping address before delivery to ensure that there is no fault on the address, we shall NOT responsible on any fault of the shipping address, once the item is not delivered or is incorrectly addressed (addressing are your responsibility and acceptance of any item by us does not free you of this responsibility).
RESPONSIBLE UPON COLLECTION

Please ensure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us at mycnc8899@gmail.com / (+6) 013-391 3113

PARCEL DAMAGED MISSING OR LOST

MY CNC  will contact the courier company to track your item or ask for compensation, hence, we are not liable to pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, an item, that loss or damage occurs after delivery; a customer makes a claim for loss or damage to an item more than 7 days after delivery of the item; or a customer makes a claim for total loss of an item more than 7 days after discovering the loss of that item.
